The Trump-era Federal Communications Commission has discovered that it is not on target to reach broadband access goals set in 2015. If you think about it broadly, there is no problem Trump can’t solve by redefinition. Trump promised to eliminate, or at least cut in half, the federal debt — but the debt, now $20 trillion, continues to grow. Greatness is within reach — if we define it down.
