Deputy Prime Minister Grant Robertson has pulled out of his weekly interview with Magic Talk, his office has confirmed. Robertson joined host Peter Williams on the radio show on Thursday, where he spoke about Covid-19 efforts, the economy and resurgence support payments. During the interview, Robertson, who is also finance minister, was asked about the World Economic Forum (WEF) which turned into a conversation about a Covid-19 conspiracy theory. My understanding, which I've only recently read about this, is this is a giant conspiracy theory,” he said on Magic Talk. “It's a giant conspiracy theory that’s got no credit whatsoever,” Robertson said after Williams referenced the WEF.
