A granny dies as she waits sharing of matrimonial property pending in courtMrs Marcella Mukami Kinyugo 85 being wheeled out of Kangema court after the hearing of her divorce petition started. For the period the divorce case was going on in court, Mukami was transported to Kangema court to attend the proceedings. She died two months after Kangema court allowed her application to terminate her 56-year marriage with Peter Kinyugo, 76. She sought to share family property that was acquired during their relationship. In the affidavit, Mukami sought to have family land estimated at 10.4 acres, and a plot at Kiria-ini market in Mathioya sub-county, be divided between her and Kinyugo.
