Sunrise House breaks ground on their new emergency youth shelter. It is the only youth shelter in northwest Alberta and has been in the works since 2010. Transitioning into adult homelessnessGrande Prairie Councillor Dylan Bressey said the city is proud to support the Sunrise House Emergency Shelter. Sunrise House fundraised for the new shelter and has $1.5 million left to raise.
