Grafton Group CEO Gavin Slark is looking at possibly selling some of it businessesGRAFTON Group has appointed investment bank Rothschild to undertake a review of some of its businesses in the UK. In a statement on Friday Grafton said this could result in the sale of “some or all of these businesses”. The review is focused on the Buildbase, Civils & Lintels, PDM Buildbase, The Timber Group, Bathroom Distribution Group and NDI businesses. No other businesses in the group will form part of the review, the company said. Grafton trades from around 530 branches and has approximately 11,000 employees across Ireland, the UK and Netherlands.
