Graffiti attack aimed at 'biased' judge slammed


The graffiti, sprayed on Tuesday night on the walls of a Kowloon Tong residential area, is covered up. "[On Tuesday] night, someone directed personal attacks and even acts of contempt at an individual judge," Secretary for Justice Teresa Cheng Yeuk-wah said. The red graffiti in simplified and traditional Chinese targeted former Eastern Court magistrate Stanley Ho Chun-yiu. The graffiti read: "Police arrested people, but the 'dog judge' released them regardless of the law." He is now assisting the criminal listing judge in listing and procedural matters of criminal cases and will no longer hear cases.
