Amartey joined the Foxes in January 2016 and was part of the side that defied all odds to win the Premier League title. He has however struggled to get some game time after that season mainly because of injuries. According to the reports, he is open to the idea of going out on loan. He made 24 Premier League appearances that campaign and also played eight Champions League games for the club.
