New Delhi: The commerce ministry will work with state governments and the consumer affairs ministry to tackle complaints of e-commerce companies selling inferior quality products. “The commerce minister said her ministry was getting many consumer complaints against e-commerce firms. We decided to jointly address the complaints related to e-commerce,” Paswan said. Paswan further said his ministry has partnered with 200-odd e-commerce companies and has been directly resolving complaints with them. We are going to take stringent action against such companies,” Paswan said.
