The minister was addressing the high-profile National Freelancing Conference 2021 here yesterday. The event was organized by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) to obtain feedback on the National Freelancing Facilitation Policy draft from Pakistan’s leading freelancers and associated stakeholders. He said that National Freelancing Facilitation Policy is aimed at to facilitate freelancers. Member IT Syed Junaid Imam and Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) Managing Director Osman Nasir also addressed the conference. The National Freelancing Conference obtained input from all stakeholders on the National Freelancing Facilitation Policy to work towards measures that would help Pakistan become a gig economy powerhouse.
