The Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet approved the signing of the Power Purchase Agency Agreement (PPAA), Interconnection Agreement (ICA), Tariff Differential Subsidy (TDS) Agreement, and Mediation Agreement. The end of the commercial dispute could also facilitate the takeover of KE by Shanghai Electric. KE has also submitted a plan for the generation of over 3,000 MW of electricity.
