NEW DELHI: The government on Friday approved setting up a panel to look into the salary hike of lower court judges , official sources said.The decision was taken during a meeting of the Union Cabinet.The law ministry will now notify the appointment of the Second National Judicial Pay Commission , which will recommend salary hikes for the 21,000 lower court judges
