DHAKA, Oct 7, 2024 (BSS) - The interim government has taken a decision to find out how many vehicles and cars it owns and to ascertain the actual condition of those vehicles. He said that there are so many vehicles of the government and every project has a huge number of vehicles of its own. The Adviser also mentioned that many people said after completing the projects, these vehicles remain as left over. “Again other ministries took over these vehicles, a public servant holds 3 to 4 vehicles under his/her jurisdiction,” he said. Dr Mahmud also said that these vehicles do not last long like the personally procured vehicles.
