The absence of a unified framework meant that many visually impaired candidates faced uncertainty and unequal treatment, he added. Deputy Press Secretary Mohammad Abul Kalam Azad Majumder and Senior Assistant Press Secretary Foyez Ahammad were present at the briefing.
