LAHORE: Punjab Minister for Primary and Secondary Health Khawaja Imran Nazir has said that the government is committed to providing modern health facilities to the people of Punjab for which maximum resources are being spent. The minister stated this while visiting Kasur DHQ hospital accompanied by Health Secretary Ali Jan Khan. He further stated that on the direction of the chief minister, free ambulance service has been launched for pregnant rural women. Khawaja Imran Nazir also said that healthy people play a very important role in economic activities of the country and create a healthy society. Khawaja Imran Nazir expressed satisfaction over the ongoing construction and development work in the hospital, cleanliness and security arrangements.
