Govt Has No Plan To Cut Fuel Oil Prices: Nosrul bdnewsState Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid Bipu has said the government has no plan to cut fuel oil prices, throwing cold water on Finance Minister AMA Muhith’s optimism. The government did not respond to demands for more cuts in fuel oil prices. “Fuel oil prices are upbeat in international market for a year and it is continuing. “BPC will again turn into a loss-making entity if the fuel oil prices are cut for a second time. And it will have to import fuel oil with loans.”“People cannot enjoy the benefits directly if fuel oil prices are cut,” the state minister said.
