BACOLOD CITY: The shooting of a police officer in Bacolod City last Saturday will adversely affect the image of Negros Occidental, Gov. “Definitely it will affect the image of the province especially Bacolod City,” Lacson said. Four unidentified suspects shot dead Pat. Alcoseba was previously assigned at Police Station 7 in Bacolod City before he was sent to Mindanao. Bacolod City officials have condemned the incident and called on the city police to solve the killings and arrest the suspects.
