Bungoma Senator Moses Wentangula yesterday challenged the education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi to explain whether he was serious with his ban over claims that Jubilee party had used 70 school buses to ferry rented crowds to President Uhuru's rally in Bungoma. The County Governor Ken Lusaka in a quick rejoinder asked the senator not to imagine that his party was doing the same and accused Ford Kenya of having ferried people from outside the county to their rally held two weeks ago. The president toured Bungoma county together with his deputy in the company of Govenor Ken Lusaka, Water and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa.
