Baringo Governor Benjamin Cheboi has conceded defeat after losing out to Stanley Kiptis in the Jubilee primaries on Tuesday. Cheboi said although he has lost the ticket his loyalty to the party remains. "I must take this time to register my sincere appreciation to all Jubilee candidates who managed to win the tickets in various seats. "After all, the people will have the final word to decide who is the best person to serve them," he added.
