LEGAZPI CITY — The provincial government of Catanduanes has ordered the suspension of work on Tuesday, Oct. 22, in all government offices due to the threat of Tropical Depression Kristine. Joseph Cua said the suspension is in effect until the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal in the province is lifted by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
