Taken together with proposals it published in June to create 1.25 million jobs by fast-tracking green infrastructure investment, the plan could deliver 1.85 million jobs in the next two years. Meanwhile, small business owners are livid that Rishi Sunak is stymying their attempts to give the young jobs.
