MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Wednesday morning said weather disturbance "Gorio" has developed into a tropical storm. In its 11 a.m. severe weather bulletin, PAGASA said "Gorio's" eye was located at 595 kilometer East of Casiguran, Aurora as of 10 a.m. READ: Class suspensions for July 26 due to 'Gorio'The state weather bureau said that after it intensified into a tropical storm, "Gorio" slightly slowed down as it moves north northwestward. "Gorio" is expected to bring moderate to heavy rain within its 400 km diameter.
