Gor humiliated Ingwe to a 3-0 defeat in the finals staged at Uhuru Stadium Dar es Salaam. The win saw the 15 time Kenyan premier league winners finish the tournament on a one hundred percent win record. Leopards would have pulled one back a minute later but Vincent Oburu's strike went straight to Peter Odhiambo's hands. The win means Gor walks away sh3m richer and will play English side Everton FC in a friendly match. The win erased Gor Mahia's memory of losing to Azam FC in the Cecafa club challenge two years ago in Tanzania.
