It's the best thing to happen to email since, well, the original Gmail. But at its core, the new Gmail looks mostly like the same old Gmail I've used for years. It's so good, I'm going to recommend those folks that come to me for ad-hoc tech support only use Gmail instead of a third-party email app. Smart Reply for AllPreviously only available in the Gmail app (yet another reason to be using it), Smart Reply is finally coming to the Gmail web interface. Less is More, More is LessGoogleSpeaking of the Gmail app, it isn't going to be left out of the new Gmail update.
