A computer, sounding like a human with 'umms' and pauses a normal conversation would feature, getting a human to book an appointment. Do you now need a robot voice policy? The issue is not the technology it's the lack of clarity and awareness and that's a big problem. If you can get a robot to call and sucker information out from people en mass...that's a problem. Have we fixed the right problem or just opened a can of worms that lay way to masses of abuse?
