Google street view ‘udderly’ respects cow privacyIt seems like Google is not only dedicated in protecting people’s privacy by blurring out their faces and license plates in its ‘street view’ app. Apparently, they’re also ‘udderly’ committed in making sure that cows remain in their solitude. Journalist David Shariatmadari posted a screenshot of Google Street View showing a bovine which had it’s face blurred. Great to see Google takes cow privacy seriously pic.twitter.com/ACTBpDwno6 — David Shariatmadari (@D_Shariatmadari) September 13, 2016The internet found the post very aMOOsing (amusing), and was quick to make puns out of it. A spokesperson for Google told BBC that their automated face-blurring technology may have “been a little over-zealous.”“We thought you were pulling the udder one when we herd the moos,” they told BBC.
