The company has finally added its Chrome code for iOS to the Chromium project. Developers who want to experiment with building mods for the browser on iOS, or just examine its security, should have no trouble anymore. In addition, since all of Chromium’s usual tests are now applicable to the iOS code, it makes it easier for developers to implement cross-platform features. That also means the Google Chrome browser for iOS is likely to see more frequent updates from here on out.
