Theophilus OnojeghenThe immediate past governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, has said only good laws will end the crises in the Niger Delta region. Uduaghan, who also confirmed his interest to contest the Delta South Senatorial seat in 2019, said his desire was not based on ethnic agenda, but on the need for the best hands to the present the people and attract development to the region. The former governor, who spoke while addressing select journalists at his Warri residence, stated that the people of the region needed experienced persons with the capacity to adequately represent the people with good laws.
