By Colin KellaherGood Times Restaurants on Friday said Matthew Karnes, its senior vice president of finance and principal financial and accounting officer, has resigned effective June 13 to pursue another opportunity. Good Times said it is evaluating its plan to launch a formal search process for a successor to Karnes, who joined the Denver-based burger restaurant operator in March 2022.
