Police are investigating after a woman was allegedly assaulted in Christchurch on Christmas Eve 2020. Police are urgently seeking two good Samaritans who helped a woman after she was allegedly assaulted last Christmas Eve. The pair, a woman possibly known as Julie and a man, met the victim and another man at a bar on Ferry Rd in Phillipstown, Christchurch on the evening of December 23. Email reporters@press.co.nzThey socialised together at the bar, before all leaving walking east on Ferry Rd before the victim was allegedly assaulted by the man she went to the bar with. They urged the pair to get in contact by calling 105 and quoting file number 201224/4404.
