Terry Manuel-Halliday, 19, was spotted pulling out pieces of wood supporting new trees at Pollard Park, within view of the Blenheim Golf Club, about 2.16pm on March 5. STUFF Terry Manuel-Halliday, 19, also destroyed a sign at the Blenheim Golf Club. He then struck a nearby golf club sign several times with the club, and then struck the golf bag, breaking the head off the club, the summary said. Blenheim Golf Club sought reparation for the sign, and one of the golfers wanted reparation for the damaged golf club.
