Police said Wednesday around 8:30 p.m., officers were finishing up a traffic stop on Highway 103 near Pubnico when they noticed a golf cart driving illegally on a side road. An Upper Woods Harbour man has more to worry about than his short game after Nova Scotia RCMP charged him with driving a golf cart while impaired. Clarke reminds people that impaired driving charges can be laid against anyone operating a motorized vehicle. Clarke said he is facing charges of impaired driving and has a tee time at Yarmouth provincial court on Aug. 15.
