New York (CNN Business) Goldman Sachs has a plan to hire more women and minorities. The Wall Street firm said Monday that it wants to increase representation in hiring for entry-level analysts and associates in the Americas to 50% for women, 11% for black employees and 14% for Hispanic and Latino employees. The target is 9% for black employees in the United Kingdom. The bank did not set a deadline for these goals but said it would work to improve each year. Goldman Sachs GS also said it would tackle diversity problems higher in the company's ranks.
