A golden retriever puppy joined his owner for a quick workout as he performs press-ups in this adorable video. Amelia performs a push-up and in near-perfect unison, Atlas follows suit and sits upright. The dynamic duo perform three synchronised push-ups in the video which was recorded on June 16 by Atlas’ other owner Rosy Bullot, 25. Speaking about the workout her puppy took part in Rosy said: ‘My fiancé Milly and I have a five-month golden retriever called Atlas, we love teaching him new tricks and he loves to learn! Atlas also has his own Instagram page where Amelia and Rosy post updates of him growing up.
