Jubilant FoodWorks will be the major shareholder owning 51 percent of the new company, Jubilant Golden Harvest. Bangladesh’s Golden Harvest will hold the remaining 49 percent, Jubilant FoodWorks said in a statement on its website on Tuesday. Domino's Pizza also offers sandwiches, pastas and chicken wing in its outlets across the world. Golden Harvest is involved in processed food, commodities, dairy, IT, logistics, real estate and insurance.
