Next week the Dutch go to the polls in the first of a series of high-stakes European elections. Mr. Wilders is famed for his anti-Islam stance, but he also wants to pull the Netherlands out of the EU in what would be a blow to the euro. Could Mr. Wilders win power? Even if Mr. Wilders manages to turn that around, he is still unlikely to command a majority in parliament. The main Dutch parties have said they won’t enter a coalition with the PVV, effectively blocking Mr. Wilders from becoming prime minister.
