The company had executed a written contract with her in September 2013 “for architectural and designing services” for a project being developed at Siridao coastal village of north Goa. The Goa police registered a first information report (FIR) on Saturday against Sussane Khan, designer and former wife of actor Rhitik Roshan, on the charge of falsely projecting herself as an architect to secure a contract with a company. She has been booked in an alleged Rs.1.87 crore cheating case, a senior police official confirmed on Sunday. The complainant Mudhit Gupta, managing partner of a real estate firm Emgee Properties, alleged that the 37-year-old designer failed to deliver a project she undertook within the period stipulated in the contract.
