BJP, AAP and Congress are trying to outsmart each other in the race of offering populist schemes to garner vote. In his speech today, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar emphasised on social schemes like 'Laadli Laxmi scheme' while asking people to re-elect BJP in Goa.
