Koinyeneh, [email protected]Monrovia – The Universal Peace Federation (UPF) has pledge its commitment to launch the Liberia’s chapter of the International Association of Parliamentarians for Peace (IAPP). The UPF is a global network of individuals and organizations dedicated to building a world of peace in which everyone can live in freedom, harmony, cooperation and prosperity. IAPP is an international network of parliamentarians established by the UPF to address critical issues such as racial and religious conflicts, environmental degradation, violent extremism, hunger and poverty through the common solidarity and cooperation of parliamentarians of the world. UPF is an international and interreligious network of individuals and organizations, including representatives from religious, government, civil society and the private sector dedicated to achieving world peace. Dorwhon Gleekia, thanked the UPF envoy for his visit and hailed his colleagues for their cooperation toward the launch of the IAPP in the country.
