Morocco has improved its ranking in the 2020 global firepower index (GFP), which provides latest data on 138 military powers. The North African Kingdom has been ranked 56th powerful military in the world in 2020. In 2019, Morocco ranked 60th but this year, the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) moved upward gaining four spots. The GFP ranking is based on each nation’s potential war-making capability across land, sea and air with conventional weapons.
