A GLASGOW singer has announced he will be performing in the city's Barrowland Ballroom. Joesef, who was brought up in Garthamlock in the city's East End, will take to the stage in the iconic venue on March 24, 2023. He has also revealed that his debut album Permanent Damage is set for release in January.
