NFL player Matt Kalil’s model ex-wife has cited “free speech” as she is sued for viral comments about the size of his manhood. The model made the shocking comments on a livestream in 2025, when she claimed the size of the penis caused their divorce. Furious football star Kalil then sued his ex-wife for “invasive commentary” – and now Baylee is claiming freedom of speech as a defence in the suit. Lawyer Matthew Bialick added that “Minnesota has a longstanding commitment to free speech, which is important now more than ever”. He is suing his ex-wife for an invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment and has requested a jury trial.
