“In principle, I have nothing against the government requesting for the raw footage of the investigative piece done by Anas and his Tiger Eye PI. He said in instances such as the #Number12 investigation, which exposed corruption in Ghana football, the CID requested the raw and unedited footage which was made available to them. Government will have the said tapes properly investigated using the raw unedited footage and if any person is found to have solicited money or taken bribe to bend rules, the necessary actions will be taken,” he said. The most important point is that, they presented a petition to the office of the Special Prosecutor to investigate the matter. I believe that they’ve started with giving him the edited version [to the office] and knowing the tradition, they will give the rashes [unedited videos] also to the office of the Special Prosecutor,” Kweku Baako added.
