Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has asked President Cyril Ramaphosa to provide him with details about what exactly the ANC admitted it did wrong during the so-called state capture era - "so that there's no repeat". "I would like you to identify actual areas where you say, as a party, 'we have done our homework and this is where we didn't do what we were supposed to do properly'. 'This [is] where we did something that we shouldn't have'," he told Ramaphosa, after the president's much-anticipated first day of evidence at the state capture inquiry was dominated by apologetic political rhetoric - with little detail on specific wrongdoing.
