AIR Selangor has been in the limelight for all the wrong reasons many times. At 5.59pm that day, I reported the issue to Air Selangor via SMS. I am writing this letter to express my appreciation to Air Selangor. Based on this experience, I believe Air Selangor is always trying its best to serve the various stakeholders, especially consumers. We have to evaluate Air Selangor with an open mind and give credit where credit is due.
