The regular candidates secured a pass percentage of 94.88% (boys-94.68%, girls-95.09%). While the total pass percentage is 58.82%, girls secured 61.84% and boys 56.72%, a 5.12% higher than the boys. Out of the 11,690 schools that appeared for the exam, 5,464 (46.47%) schools secured 100% pass percentage. East Godavari district leadsStudents of East Godavari district put up a good show and stood first in the State by securing a highest pass percentage of 98.19% while their counterparts in Nellore district recorded the lowest pass percentage of 83.19%. This year, three schools (two private, one aided) recorded 0% pass percentage against 17 schools last year, she said.
