Police arrested Zahid Hasan, son of Mujibur Rahman of the village in this connection, reports UNBQuoting local people, police said Zahid abducted the girl when she went to bring water from a tube-well on Thursday evening. Later, he took the girl to an abandoned house and raped her, said Manirampur police station Sub-Inspector Abdur Rahman. Police arrested one Zahid after the girl's mother filed a case with the police station in connection. The girl was sent to Jessore 250 bed General Hospital for medical test, said Manirampur police station OC Shikdar Matiar Rahman.
