Two children have been injured, one of them critically, in a crash with a transport truck on Highway 401 in Mississauga Thursday afternoon, according to Peel Region Paramedics. A 4-year-old girl was rushed to a Toronto trauma centre in critical condition, according to paramedics. Peel paramedics originally said she was in serious condition, but Schmidt later said she was not seriously injured. An adult was taken to a local hospital in stable condition, according to Peel paramedics. All were reportedly in the same small SUV, which landed on its roof after the crash with the truck.
