Neil GillespieMayor elect Tim Cadogan has announced he will recommend Neil Gillespie continue in the role of deputy mayor. Cr Gillespie has been deputy mayor since Tony Lepper was elected mayor in 2010. "Neil plainly comes with all the qualities, qualifications and experience any Mayor would want in a deputy,'' Mr Cadogan said. The heads and deputy heads of committees will also be appointed then. Mr Cadogan unseated Mr Lepper as mayor, scoring 5334 votes to Mr Lepper's 2649.
