GILFORD — Police have asked for help from the public in identifying a man suspected of shoplifting at the Gilford Hannaford supermarket. Chris Jacques said police received a call about the incident on Sunday at 3 p.m. The department posted a store photograph of the man who allegedly stole items, and they are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him. Store video captured an image of the man alleged to have stolen merchandise from Gilford Hannaford. Police are asking anyone who can identify the man to call 603-527-4737.
