By GAIL OBER, LACONIA DAILY SUNGILFORD — Police arrested a local man Wednesday night on a warrant from Texas for not posting enough bail during a court appearance there in July. Wright said Purcell went to Texas to answer to the charges that were leveled in two separate counties. Wright said Purcell first went to Tarrant County, which encompasses Fort Worth, where he was ordered held on bail which he posted. Purcell then returned to Gilford. He was released on $25,000 personal recognizance bail by Judge Jim Carroll.
